Krystalin did not attend her check up because the hygienist is too harsh on her mouth. We requested not to have her again since one year ago she did all 4 kids teeth and they all complained about how harsh she was on them. Autumn complained that her gums bled for several days after and one couldn't brush for several days because her mouth was so swollen and sore and Krystalin actually cried in the chair under her hand. Have used this dentist for years, but will not be returning. On the other hand, had no issues with our past two visits when they used the male hygienist. Daughters were so traumatized that they couldn't face this hygienist again. I do believe Dr Kimball is a good dentist but just can't make myself use this hygienist.
