He falsely pushed a 2 part procedure for my son that would total 2k+. He stated that my son needed an appliance in his mouth and that his teeth would not grow fwd, after we proceed the insurance claims and placed the orders for the appliance, I realized that my son's teeth were indeed growing out despite dr Hollenberg insisting otherwise. He became very obnoxious when I said I wanted to cancel the procedure and went to the extent of requiring photos via cell phone of my child's mouth!! This is my experience alone, hopefully nobody has to deal with this but if he requests anything, get a second opinion. He should not have been so adamant about something just to make money, it was an extremely awful experience for my small child just getting the mouth mold for tge 1st phase of the procedure and being under sedation .. just to think he selfishly pushed a procedure that would have hurt my child further ...wow!? What made everything come to light was his demeanor when I simply wanted to cancel. I originally wanted just that and thought it was a mistake and also planned to stay because otherwise the office was child friendly, however the Dr said he wanted to terminate the dr/pt relationship because I cancelled the procedure which last I checked you cannot force someone to have a procedure or surgery, it's unethical!!! ... that was clearly a red flag and I was immediately on to him. Again, these are my experiences... I hope to God I'm the only one.
