7Was charged for a no show appointment that I didn’t even know that I had that was scheduled for November 2017! I received this bill in December 2017, called the office, and was told to disregard bill, that it would be taken care of. Fast forward to now, August 2018, and they sent me the bill, AGAIN! I called the office, explained that I had already spoken to someone about this bill and was told to disregard, so I wasn’t sure why I received it again, only to be told that oh darn, it’s policy and there’s nothing they can do. I understand it’s policy, however, I don’t like the fact that I was lied to when I called the first time. They need to have some sort of system in place that lets them know that they had already spoken to me. And why wait so long to rebill me? Guess you all really need that $23. I don’t recommend this place. Seems like they are more worried about your money then customer service.
