Dr. Grutter is a younger Dentist with some of the latest dental technology. His motto which he's told myself and many other patients is... \"I'm a dentist, who wants to save teeth, that's what we do, we save teeth\".(I've heard this one liner a time or two because I'm sitting in the chair right next to other patients listening over a cabinet door that devides his dental chairs and work space). His staff at the Liberty location is friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable. BUT unfortunately today, Debbie the office manager from his Gladstone location put a sour taste in my mouth (no pun intended) For Debbie to cop an attitude over a $40 no show fee was by no means necessary, especially to a patient who has just spent nearly $4,000 on a dental implant. Which has me considering to take my buisness somewhere else.
