First let me say neither of us are big fans of the dental experience. Having said that we all know that the Dentist is one of those necessary evils. Our recent experiences with Tiffany Springs Dental Group were anything short of customer friendly. The "just sign here" stating that we have the right to treat you is way more than the desk staff explains. When questions arise later, we are shown and told that "you signed before your procedure." The inability of the staff to be wrong when questions about the bill arise, is very disconcerting. Inability to return calls when you are told you will be called back further shows another lack of their concern for the clients. Customer service in any operation is crucial for return business. The Doctors themselves may need to look closely at who is running their store!

First time back at the dentist after years of not taking care of my teeth, and I have to say, I was pretty nervous. From my first encounter with the staff, to initial exam, through procedures, everyone was friendly, reassuring, and confident in the plan of care. Office was beautiful and modern, payment arrangements were available, everything was super clean and inviting. I still have lots of work to get my mouth back to healthy, but I'm glad I have Dr. Yip to help me get there!
