Dr. Chung was absolutely wonderful. Her care, thoroughness and kindness were superb. However, I was charged out of pocket during my visit and I kept telling them that it was covered 100% with my insurance. The insurance company sent the office a payment, paying them 100% for their services as I said and I am having trouble being refunded the amount I was charged at my visit. I have called twice about this overage. When calling Dr. Chung\'s office I was told they don\'t let patients speak to billing and they would have to email them and get back with me. My first call about this was ten days ago. No one reached out to me. I called again today and was told that patients can\'t talk to the billing department.
