This dentist is over aggressive in doing preps. He was asked to not reduce a tooth further - he was asked to inform the patient if he was going to prep a tooth further. But he did not inform and just went ahead and did the prep. This is unethical as it went against patient instructions. A refund was given, but it's still unbelievably aggravating when a dentist is careless and neglectful in complying with instructions.
