If there was an option of rating someone \"zero\", then Dr. Bagley would get a zero rating, but apparently 1 is the lowest score. I will never go back to this incompetent dentists that are women that don't know how to do their job. I decided to get a teeth cleaning after 2 coworkers recommended me this place. I would say the first 2 visits were alright, but after that, it all went downhill. I had to get several cavity fillings done, there was one visit that really pissed me off and what I thought was unprofessional on Dr. Bagley's part. I had an appointment schedule for fillings, in case she didn't know I have a full time job, so I had to take the time out of MY day to request time off. So, the day of my appointment, one of the receptionists called me and said that Dr. Bagley had a \"family emergency.\" Yeah, right. She probably decided to go to the lake and get a head start on her holiday weekend, so she called in-which we know everyone does this. When I called the office, they didn't bother to accommodate me to be seen with Erica or that other Fisher sister. So, then I had to make a brand new appointment like 3 weeks later! Such BS. This was rude. And of course Dr. Bagley didn't even apologize for calling in that day. Gee, they have the nerve to charge patients for $25.00 for not giving 24 hours notice of cancelling an appointment, because they think their time is too precious? What a joke! Sorry, but dentists aren't real doctors. Also, I had to get an extraction done and they made an appointment to see an oral surgery -they told me that they were going to choose a doctor that worked with my insurance. Well, after I got an extraction done with the oral surgeon. I received a bill in the mail saying that he was an out of network doctor. My god, they don't even know how to do a simple thing like looking for an in network doctor???
