I went to Dr. Chad's office yesterday for the first time and received such wonderful service and treatment, that I felt compelled to leave a short review. I chose Dr. Chad's office based on excellent online reviews, his practice's participation in the Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), and his convenient office location. Dr. Chad's office is very clean and classy. His entire staff was so happy and friendly and they treated me like royalty. The dental hygienist that performed my periodic cleaning was very professional and educated me on exactly where and exactly how I can better care for my oral health, which I felt was very helpful for my everyday oral health practice. When Dr. Chad came in to see me he was so friendly and we talked story for a while, which is refreshing because most dentists and doctors always seem to be in such a rush and that is always very disappointing. Dr. Chad has a very calm and confident presence to him and you can see that he more than a dentist, he is a professional that loves his practice, his team, and taking great care of his patients. I will 100% bring the rest of my family here and I highly recommend Dr. Chad and his team at Koolau Family Dentistry.
