Dr. Satya's treatment was subpar. Unfortunately, he gets away with it as there are limited orthodontists to chose from at Kailua-Kona, HI. For one, my invisalign was not fitted correctly. Then, he insisted that I cut it with a nail scissors and clippers which caused scrapes and bleeding in my mouth. My calls to the office and concerns were ignored. When communicative, he was arrogant and condescending, I ended up in tears. Whatever you do -- even if you have to travel a bit further -- do not see him..

Hawaii Family Dental Center is great. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Kelsey has been a great help. Dr. Derrickson is AWESOME and so is his assistant sorry i forgot her name but she makes you feel right at home. i refer all my family and friends to go there. Thank you Hawaii Family Dental Centers Windward Mall for helping me SMILE again..

I love the staff and Doctors at Hawaii Family Dental. From the girls at the front counter to my hygienist to Dr. Cecilia and Dr. Meredith and their assistant. Everyone is really friendly and they all have a great sense of humor. I enjoy going to see them. Everyone who works here really makes a visit to the dentist, which is normally not a fun time, really enjoyable. Great group of people, with exceptional customer service. I would refer this team to anyone who needs a dentist!.
