The staff at Kalaheo dental are all stars. Busy office yet Ariel was so considerate asking after my specific needs and listening. No juggling of phones or being placed on hold. She focused and found a cancellation slotting me in same day. Sometimes the stress of a busy office is offloaded to patients. Not here. The mood was kind and upbeat. Forms weren't insane and the waiting room experience was almost null. I brought a magazine just in case and only had time at the end while they were scheduling my next appointment to actually tear open the magazine and sample the new perfume Johnny Depp poses for, Sauvage. I can't tell you how knowledgable Lea is without ever being pedantic. Besides doing my cleaning and X-rays she had me howling and spitting. I'm really inspired to take better care of my teeth and gums and even do whitening eventually. The office really is a symphony of tuned instruments with Dr Lutwin at the helm conducting. I'm so glad I found my dentist people!.
I would highly recommend Dr. Litvak to anyone, his staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had a cleaning, exam and x-rays done, this was by far the best experience I've had at a dental office, my hygienist was very gentle and took her time and did an excellent job, This is the first time my teeth felt very clean..
I arrived 10 minutes early for my new patient appointment. 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was still waiting. No one advised me of a delay. Walked to the receptionist's desk and advised that I had been waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time and that I had made the wrong choice in choosing Dr. Litvak's office and left. The receptionist's response was "we were just getting ready to bring you back". First impressions are everything..
The best ever..prices are also very reasonable...front desk people super helpful..if you go there go see dr quade..he is a miracle worker. .multiple dentist told me i needed to extract a tooth..dr quade said he could save it..7 years later the tooth is still in my mouth..no problems....i wouldnt see anybody else..he is the best period!! I had a bike accident late on a Friday afternoon/evening while on vacation in Kauai. I chipped one and dislodged it and 2 other top front teeth. My neighbor called his dentist Dr. Michael Lutwin at the Kalaheo Dental Group. Dr. Lutwin, his dental assistant and receptionist very kindly and generously offered to stay late to see me. After carefully examining and determining the issues, he repaired the chip, moved the teeth back into their sockets, and installed a temporary wire brace. He clearly and honestly explained what possible sequelae I might expect such as root canal and change of bite. He also recommended that I go to the Emergency Room to have my upper lip stitched (which had been also been gouged). His office conscientiously called me after the weekend to check up and follow up. When I returned home, my dentist and the endodontist he referred me to both commented that Dr. Lutkin had done a very skilled and knowledgeable job that many general dentists may not have had the training to do and that he saved my teeth from greater damage. I am so grateful to Dr. Lutwin and the Kalaheo Dental Group for the excellent care I received..
Dr.Lutwin at Kalaheo Dental clinic has changed my whole impression and experience about dentists. Going to a dentist had always been my most fearful moment in my life until I met Dr.Lutwin. I visited his office when my tooth started hurting while I was vacationing on Kauai. First of all, the office really cares about patients! They took me in although they were fully booked with their appointments of the day. Unlike some of the other dentists, he was very kind, calm and carefully listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. He explained to me what was going on my tooth, what he was going to do to treat it, then never forgot to communicate with me during the treatment. Thanks to that, I had NO pain, No fear, No anxiety during and after the treatment. Now, I cannot go any other dentist but to him. Dr.Lutwin is truly THE BEST DENTIST ever!! Thank you, Kalaheo Dental Clinic!.
