2It only took 1horrible experience to keep my children far away from Dr. Tamura & the assistant involved. I've never had such poor service. He was ok until I expressed I wasn't comfortable with everything he recommended for my daughter, which was pulling her 3 top front teeth that were loosened by a fall. I tried to opt to pull 2, the extremely loose teeth and let the other fall out naturally. At that point he got upset. He made unprofessional personal comments. He threatend to not to treat her.

6I started off with great dental care at Pine Ridge Dental for several years, however, about a year ago, the support services have degraded. Billing department made errors and never called me back after leaving messages. I incurred late fees due to these billing errors that were not my fault. Used to have great appointment reminder services via text and email. Now they only use phone call reminders. I have bad cell reception where I live and voice mail appointment reminder didn\'t reach me until after the appointment passed. Again, I was penalized for missing appointment due to degraded support services. I also need premed treatment before dental visits. Dental provider is not willing to prescribe this. I have to go through my orthopedic doctor to make sure I get this prescription. I have since changed dental providers and what a difference! They are willing to prescribe my premed, they have text and email appointment reminders. They care about my all around care!
