Dr. insisted on extracting two healthy viable teeth as condition to constructing lower partial. I opted to retain those teeth. When partial was fitted, gross misalignment of teeth and poor fit was said to be caused by the two teeth. Dr. insists on removing teeth before a full denture can be made. Seems odd he did not refuse to make original partial based on his statement that his professional opinion demands removal. Seems like bill padding. I hold a degree in prosthetic dentistry
