I can honestly say, Dr. Segal and his team, truly care about you as a patient. My experience was nothing less than 100%. Here is my story. I grew up in Massachusetts. Growing up, I was brought to a dentist that was barbaric, did not believe in any local anesthetics or novocaine. Therefore, I became terrified of the dentist and only went as an adult, when I had a toothache or needed an extraction. I never smiled showing my teeth, I was ashamed of my teeth. Recently, I made a promise to myself to seek a dentist (Prosthodontist) who would hopefully restore my smile and confidence in myself. The day I walked into Dr. Segal's office to schedule an appointment, I was made to feel like a part of their family. Sandy V, Dr. Dr. Segal's office manager was compassionate and so very helpful and calming. She took care of my dental insurance and scheduling appointments. After a good hygenic cleaning by Laura (who was wonderful by the way), I met with Dr. Segal to discuss my options. He and his team were aware of my fear of the dentist. I now have a healthy and clean mouth. I cannot stop smiling, and I am proud to smile. I have a sense of confidence that I have never felt before. Dr. Segal and Theresa were so patient and understanding of my fears and anxieties throughout the entire restoration. I will never neglect my oral health again, I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Segal and his team. I highly recommend his dental practice....they changed my life.......they can change yours!!!
