7While the hygienists are great, the front office staff is unskilled in even the basics of insurance billing. To the point we received bills even after the basic insurance covered cleanings. We were loyal and stayed, even looked into the sleep apnea treatment we were assured was covered by insurance. After moving forward we were surprised with a collections agency as insurance did not cover and we footed the $2,500 bill directly to the office after their mistake in billing.
