Do not bother going to see this man if you are in pain. He is literally only in it for the money and obviously does not care about anything else. My wisdom tooth in the top left quadrant of my mouth has been killing me for 3 days now, so much so that I can barely eat or talk, let alone open my mouth. I've had to resort to walking around with a pen and paper by the 2nd day due to the severe pain. I had to go through hoops just to find a dentist that wasn't closed for vacation or just couldn't fit me into their schedules. I finally get to a dentist in another town and they refer me to this man. I thought that maybe this whole awful experience would be over. This was all ruined when they called me, confirmed it was me that needed oral surgery and then tried to squeeze all the money out of me that they possibly could. His office called me, and the woman I spoke to said that they actually had an opening for the next day early in the morning if I wanted it, which sounded amazing to me considering I was in the mindset that I could have the surgery and have enough time for the initial healing process to end before school starts back. I explain to them that I am just 19 and like many other people and wisdom teeth that it really just comes down to how much money I have. I will tell you right now I do not have the money to have all 4 extracted, even with insurance. I explain to the woman that I would only like the tooth that is causing me so much pain to be taken out and I would go for the others later on. The whole conversation took a turn to the unordinary. The lady on the line goes silent for sometime, and then comes back to tell me that Dr. Modelevsky doesn't do "one-toothers" and that I wouldn't be able to come in under those circumstances, that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to come in. The initial anger I felt did not set in after that comment, only confusion. I am now sitting here with no one to go to until my personal dentist gets back from his vacation. That isn't until a week from writing this. Thank you, Dr. Modelevesky, for not only labeling me as a "one-toothers", but also for showing your true intentions of just being a money grubby dog before I even met you. You do not care for the well-being of your patients, only the width of their pockets. Where do you think my other wisdom teeth would go? They have to be taken out sometime too. You're definitely not going to be the man who does it. I'd gladly wridth in pain before I go to you. Shame. If I could give you zero stars I would.
