Terrible, I had a broken tooth extraction done. He stabbed me in the roof of my mouth and cut me twice. There was still bone left from the extraction & a piece of broken tooth stuck in the roof of my mouth. I went back to have the piece of tooth removed & he said that it was a piece of bone that grew through my gums. He numbed my mouth & as soon as he went to remove the piece of tooth stuck in the roof of my mouth is instrument slipped & he cut the side of my gum where the tooth was extracted. He said sorry & kept on like nothing happened..
I am a nervous patient. Dr. Wilson's kind and caring manner eases my mind. I have been a patient for years and have had complicated dental issues, due to having gone several years without seeing a dentist before I found Dr. Wilson. He has effectively addressed every issue, with excellent pain management and the best results. My entire family sees him now, as well as several friends, and we are all very pleased with the care he and his team have provided. I can't recommend him enough..
Dr. Ioana is such a great dentist, you can actually tell she cares about you. also she has such a light hand, im not scared to come to the dentist anymore..
I can't say enough about the treatment I received at Dental Smiles in Joliet. I initially went there with my 22 year old son because they took our insurance we had been going to a brother and sister in Oswego for years but decided to try somewhere new. My son was so excited when they fixed his two front teeth that had been jagged for years and we didn't think anything could be done within minutes doctor Mohammed gave him back a smile I hadn't seen him smile for a long time and he was in high school so it was Making him a little self-conscious they've done wonderful work on me too they have very high tech machines that we're not at the other outdated Dental facility Today I went to Dr. pai who did a deep cleaning & when he cleaned them he noticed they were indentations that he actually filled in and match the color even though they weren't cavities he wanted it to look nice and not cause future cavities that's the kind of team that works there and the assistants are all extremely nice I wish I remembered her name but I just wanted anyone who's actually looking for a dentist in the Joliet Shorewood Plainfield area this is definitely a wonderful updated facility that does amazing work on your teeth I would recommend both Dr Mohammed and Dr Pai..
I went into the Joliet location yesterday 04/19/18 just to inquire about their services and I must say Jessica the office manager who greeted me was absolutely professional, courteous, and very informative. I was able to get an exam (I came in at 5:30 P.M.) x-rays, and an estimate which took a while and the cost for as long as it took was so very affordable. The staff and doctor where attentive and very professional also and explained everything to where I even understood lol, At the end I sat down with Jessica to talk about the cost, time, and appointment and I have to say that she worked on the pricing to where it was affordable for me a 62 year old with less income then I was used to in my younger days. Now I have to prepare for the work to be done and I will follow up with another review later..
