Talks over questions, treated concern about pain as stupid, doesnt answer questions, projects impatience at every question, fails to explain procedures, fails to communicate protocol, repeated abysmal office communication that interfered with treatment plan, still uses old xray technology. For anything more complicated than a routine cleaning, Id suggest to keep looking. Lots of other \"gentle\" dentists out there.
