10Been a patient there since they opened their office in Johns Creek. Todays visit on Oct 30th was worst ! Took my appt right after their lunch time so i can be seen on time. Not only the Hygienist was 15 minutes late because she herself said all of the employees took longer to eat. After a brief conversation, the hygienist had an attitude and body language like she was the queen ! Then on top of that she had the audacity to complain to the office manager that i was rude. I was fuming ! The Office manager was no better, she had made up her mind even before we spoke. I left, then i called from car asking to talk to the Dentist, she said I should no longer ever come there since i do that all the time. I asked when did i last did that, she said she does not know and she does not want to argue. Outrageous !!
