14I went in for my initial visit and was having a good conversation with the receptionist when the lady who handles insurance went off on me because of something I asked about insurance. She was rude, offensive and very determined to tell me what was what even after I walked away. I explained that her behavior was really making me just want to leave. She huffed, “we’ll just see what Dr. Behrent has to say about this” and went to get him for an altercation with me. I just walked away and went home in pain because of this woman’s antics and bad mood, maybe. Could I really have stayed after that? Thanks to her I’ve found a much healthier atmosphere at another dentist’s office.
