Excellent doctor. Adjusted his schedule to accommodate an emergency procedure - twice. I\'m used to NYC dentists who have all the latest equipment but arent the best at the care they provide, scheduling, and billing. Dr Lugay wants to make sure you understand everything that\'s about to happen and ensure you are as comfortable as you can be. His hygienist was very attentive and kind as well. Cant speak highly enough about his practice and about him as a caring skilled physician.
