3I have Humana insurance and I checked the Humana website to find a dentist that accepts my insurance. Richard Miller was on the list and it says that he is accepting new patients. I called his office to schedule an appointment and asked if they were accepting patients. The receptionist said, \"what kind of insurance do you have?\" When I told her \"Humana\", she gruffly stated, \"no we do not.\" There is no friendly tone in her voice whatsoever. Based on the rude way that the receptionist answers the phone and speaks to potential clients, I would not want to be a patient at this place anyway. You might want to work on that first impression and if you are not accepting Humana patients, notify them so that they can change the information on their website.
