Francis Xavier Amato

I have been a patient with Dr. Amato for some time. I have neglected my teeth over the years by going to another place closer to home...which was a big mistake. I called his office a little over a week ago with an emergency situation. She got me in the next day because she knew my concern of the pain coming back. Everyone and I mean everyone at Dr. Amato's office was non judgmental, nice, intelligent, professional, and was truly concerned about my well being and what would be the best treatment for me. I am so grateful that they took me back and got me in so soon considering I had been in severe pain for a week. I had to wait another week due to the infection to have them pulled because Dr. Amato was concerned their may be complications if he tried taking them out to early. He gave me his medical opinion and I abided by what he recommended. I went back yesterday to have them pulled. I have never experienced the care I received yesterday from a dentist in all my life!!! Dr. Amato came in to numb my mouth (in which of course I was terrified and extremely nervous...I was talking the nurses head off..lol) the nurse understood and listened and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr. Amato made sure I was okay and then started numbing. He has a tool that is a nerve stimulator and I barely felt any of the needles. I couldn't believe the whole process. It took Dr. Amato maybe 5 minutes to get both teeth out. I was so amazed!!! Today my pain isn't bad at all. I am so grateful for that and for all the recommendation he and his nurses gave me yesterday. I hope everything continues to heal and do better, cause I know I don't want to endure that pain ever again! I highly recommend Dr. Amato and his office to anyone! Thank you Dr. Amato and all the staff for the hospitality, care, and concern each of ya'll had for me! I look forward to getting my dental problems taken care of by your office and get back on track!!!
