No sense of urgency. Very inconvenient ways of functionality. Frustrating environment. I ordered my prescription when was 18 years old and now I'm 78 years of age and I'm just getting ONLY HALF OF MY PRESCRIPTION. I'll only be 138 when I get the other half. This company is extremely unreliable. Do not try to take training with this company. Their schedule is unreliable. They will take your money, cancel your class at the last minute and then keep your money for weeks or months and force you to argue with them repeatedly to get your refund. I am still waiting on a refund from July,2015. You cannot rely on any assurances you receive from this company..
