Didn’t even make it through the door. Had an appointment on the 26th, came in, then was told they can’t see me because I have to call my insurance and get their office assigned to my insurer. So of course I ask if I can call and get them assigned. No, new patients start at the first of the month. Huh?!? I told them I was a new patient when I got the 26th appointment. I've been going to Dr. Michelle Jaques for the last several years, and I am very happy I made the choice to see them. Both Dr. Jaques and Dr. Akbashev (we call him Dr. A) are very professional and compassionate to their patients. They have always given me great dental care and never pressure me when discussing my dental needs.
