Disrespectful staff and expensive prices. They will tell you lower prices over the phone to get you to come in then tell you differently. If you want to pay $135 for a basic cleaning (Not including fluoride) and be treated like trash this is the place for you..

Dr. Stern and his team at Jarrettsville Dental are phenomenal. My mom works in the dental field, and I felt extremely guilty and self-conscious knowing I had not been in the dentist chair for almost 2 years. I recently had the privilege of meeting Dr. Stern about a month ago, and he has taken great measures to make sure my teeth are back to perfection. He and his assistant, Jessica are extremely kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire visit. Not to mention, the front desk manager, Lynn brings an overwhelming sense of welcome the minute you walk through the door. Any question or concern I might have regarding procedures, or billing, they have an answer. They have taken superb care of me thus far, and I look forward to working with the practice in the future. Dr. Stern and his associate, Jessica, were fantastic to work with. I have not been to the dentist for over 10 years and he worked with my fears and anxiety. They both were understanding and helpful with all my needs and questions. They never rushed the appointment or exam and explained every step thoroughly to me before doing it. They gave me a step by step plan in caring for my teeth moving forward. Lynn, who manages the front desk, was super friendly and even helped me get an appointment for a specialist while at the office. I was very impressed and for the first time, not scared to go back! The office is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The fact that Jarrettsville Family Dentistry supports local artists, with an ever changing display of artwork in the waiting room, tells me that they are serious about their participation and contribution to our community. A very well thought out system of appointment cards (you fill out your own card, so you are more likely to remember!) and annual reminders assures you that the office mechanics are a well oiled machine.
