Fourth and Pine Building

Went to have extractions done on Monday not only did she drop the tools on my front teeth once but she did it twice, I went home with bare minimum care instructions and when I had complications she said it was not from the extractions it’s self but from me following her aftercare instructions. I was trying to be seen the day after cause I knew something wasn’t right and had to basically walk in Today requesting records and X-rays and all of a sudden I was able to be seen after her receptionist kept telling me I was just sore and not in pain and couldn’t be seen for two weeks because that’s how long it takes to heal which is not stated in my aftercare instructions.
