Dr. Cohen thank you for taking your time to answer my concerns. First off, I would like to let you know that I have a "very" good memory. I clearly remember the first day I stepped into your office. You had left a very good impression on me and I believed in you. I wanted to clarify that all the work that you redid on my upper teeth was all done in "New York" along with the crowns in my lower teeth. Let me refresh your memory. You suggested that in urgent matter due to the infection I need to change all the lower crowns. You sent me to a consultation with the oral sergeant, however the oral sergeant saw nothing urgent about the matter and till this day I have not touched any of my lower crowns. However all the work you did to my upper teeth, I am still redoing one by one.
