San Jose Family Dentristy

This place is a joke. I went here for a few years and the final mess up by them pushed me to write this review. There cleaning service is horrible, they are trained to go as fast as possible and not to be thorough. Along with being negligent about your cleaning, they attempt to sell you their "special" $200 tooth brush EVERY time the whole time you have your mouth open(even after repeated attempts at explaining how you have a very nice electronic tooth brush already). The last mess up was when i had my yearly ex-rays taken one week early and they sent a bill to me when i was on vacation for $100(insurance would have paid for them but they scheduled my appointment 1 week early). When i had returned from vacation i called them about the bill and tried to discuss the charges. The woman working the phones was very rude and told me she would have to call me back later that day. I waited 2 days and didnt receive a call. They had already put a judgement out on me without even 1 call and it was their obvious mess up. During the day i got the ex-rays taken i asked my dental hygienist if it was covered by my insurance and she replied yes. Wouldnt this make it their mistake? This place is in the back corner of an office park and its full of incompetent employees. I would highly recommend this place to all my enemies. STAY AWAY if at all possible, there are tons of great dentists in jax that will treat u a lot better
