Milton Anthony Magos

When I visited Dr. Magos, I was embarrassingly overdue for a cleaning. I was worried they would be judgemental, and lecture me about getting more regular cleanings. (Which, thankfully, I've just acquired dental insurance so I definitely will) But they couldn't have been nicer, or more professional about it. This is probably the first time I've ever had a pleasant experience at the dentist. It was pouring down raining when I pulled up in the parking lot, and a nice man with an umbrella walked me to the door. I thought he was just another patient, but it turned out that he's an employee there. It was very kind of him. The lady that cleaned my teeth (ugh! can't remember her name!) was SO sweet and personable. And was also very gentle, which shows her skill, because, like I said, I was long overdue for this cleaning. Dr. Magos was great, as well. It was a late in the day appointment, but he still took his time explaining everything to me, and even gave me a referral to a good orthodontist and told me what to expect there. Even the receptionist was super accommodating. I hadn't received my insurance card yet, but she took what information I could give her and my military ID, and told me it was ok to just call back on Monday with the policy number. If you're like me, and a bit scared of the dentist, visit Dr. Magos. He and his staff are just wonderful. We'll definitely be going here for our dental visits for the duration of our time in Jacksonville.
