I have used Dr. Mitchell in the past for one of my kids back in 2005 and all i can say is thank you very much for his million dollar smile. Now i have recently returned for service once again and not so good, i felt behind in payment due to me being sick with COVID and my son was discharged from his practice and refuses to remove his braces, this was back in July of 2022 and my son braces still remains in his mouth and will not remove, I am having a hard time getting someone to remove his braces for me it has been 7mths now i called another dentist office explaining my situation asking what can i do, he replied call my insurance company. SMH i just want the braces off his mouth if i have to youtube it and do it myself i will, again SMH.

Dr. Mitchell is professional and methodic. He takes pride in his work. He has a dry sense of humor but he is very down to earth. Him and all his staff are professional and courteous! Excellent customer service! He made my son feel very at ease! Any and all questions I've had are answered. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He values all his patients and respects your time and money!!!
