3Horrible Horrible Medical/Customer Service...This is the worst dental experience I've ever had in my 47 years as a patient. I had a 3pm appt to have two...

5Love Dr Mikhail, hands down best Dentist I've ever been to. Very honest and Gentle, and actually makes you laugh during the process. Totally painless. I referred him all my family. Highly recommend.

5When I called here I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to make an appointment for a cleaning,I decided to call from another phone and someone picked up, I explain to her I was placed On hold for 10 minutes she didn't offer an apology instead it was a attitude,I asked her if was a available appointment for next Wednesday she replied the next appointment I have that's on a Wednesday is in September,so I asked her do she have a appointment before September that's not on a Wednesday she gave me an attitude/rude and said the only appointments we have is in September..I would've gotten an attitude back with her if I wasn't at my kid appointment,I called back to get her name and a person name pam told me she doesn't know who it was and she was rude also. And Pam was the one who placed me on hold for 10 minutes it would've been longer if I hadn't called from another phone..so if you want to beat a b**h ass go here

6Stay far away! My first appointment was rescheduled. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, to be told that the call service called me to reschedule again. I said i never received a call, text, or voicemail. Lady said i would have to reschedule for yet another month out. I asked if dentist was there. She said yes. I said i would like her to be seen for her back tooth that had a cavity. She hesitated and was not going to do it, but eventually she did. She talked to him and said he would see my daughter. I asked if x rays are a must? Logically, the cavity can be seen to the naked eye. She went as asked him, and he said x rays are necessary. I said ok, is there any way the most limited amount can be done? She went back and asked him, and she came back and told me he wants to reschedule. Knowing it had to do with me simply asking for least amount of x-rays, i said, i am ok with x-rays. Could i please talk to the dentist. She said, he probably doesn’t want to talk to you. I said could you ask him. She said no. Eventually this other worker lady approaches me and says, he does not want to see you because you said no x-rays. I said i did not and repeated exactly what i asked the lady to ask the dentist, as well as telling her I am ok with x-rays. Don’t i have any rights to question what would be done to my daughter? I just wanted least amount of radiation as possible. Well, this lady kept saying that he does not want to see me because i refuse x-rays. I don’t know about you, but i do not like being called a liar, whether directly or indirectly! We went back and forth another minute, and she said to please leave because i don’t have an appointment, or else i will call the cops. I told her to go ahead and call the cops, thinking they might help me. Cop arrived and got their story and then got mine. Basically, he was only protecting them. Because they asked me to leave because i didn’t have an appointment (even though i clearly did, I lose my rights). My appointment, to which i showed him on my phone from them via text, was null and void. I was very upset that their word was more powerful than my written evidence of my scheduled appointment. By the way, this appointment had been scheduled in November. They already rescheduled me on January 5th. Then rescheduled me again for January 25th, not to My knowledge. The dentist could have at least assessed a clearly visible cavity to tell me what best route to take is, and if need be, take an x-ray of the tooth.
