Not professional at all! Please avoid MARK B JONES! The front desk service is terrible too. The WORST dentistry clinic ever!!! Here’s why: I had a severe pain and went to Dr.MARK B JONES for an emergency treatment, he couldn’t give me any valuable suggestions or figuring out the problem on my painful teeth but letting me do 1) another more expensive overall oral examination and 2) make 2 unnecessary crowns for my cavity, which were not even the teeth that I had the problem with! He made all the judgments only for MORE PROFITS. It turned out I felt like he was not right and trusted my intuition then so I went to see another dentist. In the end, I didn’t do anything about crowns or cavity filling with another dentist but a root canal to get my pain relieved. (Dr. Jones couldn’t even figure out that I had a pulpitis then, he just kept suggesting me to do some cavity filling and crowns on them) My insurance company suggested that I can get the money back from Dr.Jones, especially for the
