5Not going here again. I was told I needed a procedure so I got it done. Insurance refused to cover it. The dentist filed an appeal but sent it to the wrong address. The dentist thought the appeal was denied and threatened to send me to collections (multiple times). I made one call to the insurance company and got everything cleared up but it was a huge hassle on my end. Moreover, they refused to apologize even though they mishandled from the start.
