As a long-time patient of Queens Professional Dental, I genuinely can't say enough regarding this practice and the staff. Even though I moved to Manhattan, I still visit this dental office. Everyone, from the front receptionists to the hygienists assisting the Doctors, is friendly and professional. Over the years, I've had multiple dental procedures done there, in addition to the routine cleaning, and never had any difficulties. I highly recommend Dr. Alamzad and his practice to all my friends and family. M Carbonell.
I moved to New Jersey and I still travel to come to this dental office.The front staff is always polite and accommodating the dentist and hygienist are awesome thank you ????.

From the moment you try to schedule an appointment you can tell the staff level of incompetence. First, they don't seem to have an organized front desk that can find you file. Then, once they find out the insurance that you have and that is not of their liking (HMO, Medicaid) they give you the runaround with different excuses not to give you an appointment. If you are "so lucky" for the condescending nurse to give you an appointment, you will regret it. Nasty, rude treatment. Avoid..
HORRIBLE! No compassion what so ever! I went because I was in pain with a wisdom tooth and from the moment I walked in it was a horror. First nowhere to sit . Then the nurse that attended me was opening my mouth after I told her I couldn't open my mouth from the pain. The doctor herself was the worst! She asked the nurse "what's this ones story"! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I for sure will NEVER go back there..
