2 visits billing insurance for same problem (broken tooth), 3rd visit same problem, asking $100 charge instead of billing insurance. When questioned, rude and hostile response (\"do you think we work for free?\", among other rude comments) by Dr. Molina. The dental hygienists were great every 6 months. For dental problems, go elsewhere.
