5My son was referred by his orthodontist to see an oral surgeon to have his wisdom buds removed. This would prevent overcrowding of his teeth when he grows up. I called Dr. Krost's office to schedule a consultation and explained to the receptionist why we needed to see the doctor. She never said the Dr. does not perform this type of procedure on kids. We went to the appointment. The Dr. walked in the room and was very rude to us. He refused to even look at my son's mouth. He stated he will not touch my son because he believes the procedure is totally unnecessary. He was in the room for about 5 minutes and all he did was lecture me with a rude attitude. Now they are billing me for the $50 copay after they got paid by the insurance for nothing. I called and spoke to the office manager, she is just as rude as the doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are a bunch of rude people. All they care about is making money.
