My wife recently had a crown and it could not have been a worse experience if they tried. She had to return twice and she is still in pain ( 3 weeks later). On her most recent visit she had an appt. at 10:10., finally at 10:50 she approached the front counter and asked why so long...the guy at the desk told her Dr was busy and that, as she was an emergency visit, she would need to wait. She wasn’t an emergency visit, she had an appt. He then berated her for waiting a month if she was in “so much pain”...thank goodness I wasn’t there. Point of this is if you are in the market for a new dentist, avoid this practice. They are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful of patient’s time, and frankly only seem to be proficient at teeth cleaning. I found a new dentist after one visit and now my wife will be going to my dentist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!
