How Patients Feel

1This surgeon is horrid. Fraudulently charged my sister thousands in addition to her co-pay the day before surgery. Once in surgery, he had some other random surgeon do the job (without any consent). INVERTED her jaw. Wrecked her life. She had to pay 75K to get it \"fixed\". She will never be the same. Dr. Arnett in Santa Barbara is who she wanted at first, but she made the mistake of trusting her BC insurance to have competent doctors \"in network.\" Save Arnett's name if you go to Hasse- you may very likely need it for repairs after the damage is done. Oh, and BTW, no matter how EGREGIOUS his errors, she could not file a suit because there are very few of these surgeons and they stick together. She eventually found one to take the case (which was black and white), but the insurance company told him if he testified they would drop him. (That's my understanding.) Look up on Lexus Nexus how many have filed/tried to file suits agains this guy. The attempts were NUMEROUS. Hind sight is 20/20. I hope that you find a good surgeon. This one is horrible. Degree from somewhere in the Caribbean I think. Ask him.
