Such a kind and welcoming environment. I needed a dentist to adjust a crown because it was uneven and causing pain. I contacted Dr. Herd's office and was invited to come in for an appointment the same day - Saturday. It just so happened to be on a Saturday they were open, because they only have Saturday appointments once per month so it was truly serendipitous! Dr. Herd also gave me a mini-Invisalign consultation and it was full of things I needed to consider in order to be completely satisfied with the final product. The only thing I can say is that on this day the federal government shut down, but I am so glad that Dr. Herd's Office was open providing excellent service!
