Market Place Dental Care

Dr. Robert h Carpenter, Jr. is My dentist. I have been going to Him for several years and I am completely satisfied with Him and His Staff.

Don't have an extraction done here. Dr Farr extracted a tooth in the rear of my mouth. During the extraction, I informed him I felt pressure in the front of my mouth. The following day, my bridge in the front fell out. The doctor wasn't willing to take any responsibility for breaking my bridge.

She saw me for my first appointment and I never saw her again. I needed a tooth pulled and she doesn't do that. Was referred to Dr. D. who did initial dental work. Every visit was with a new person. Staff obviously isn't permanent. Initially hard for me to see the dentist because I need lots of work and haven't been able to see dentist regularly for years..

Practice is small but clean. Practitioners are friendly. Staff are pleasant. They have all services needed in this practice. One complaint is that I can never get a hold if anyone to make an appointment. Must show up in person to do so which is annoying and inconvenient.

Dr. Stein is very caring and well qualified from his experience and education in medicine and dentistry. The prognosis seems very favorable in my future treatment.
