3My first and only experience with Keystone Family Dentistry was displeasing. If you intend to actually have your teeth cleaned, I suggest looking elsewhere. Dr. Jack spent maybe two minutes with me, and only removed plaque build up from my lower front teeth. No time was spent cleaning the upper teeth, or any of the teeth in the back of my mouth. The hygienist that did the flossing and polishing was rough. Too rough. She managed to make a large mess, and was very clumsy in her work. The most positive part of my visit was the cute x-ray tech. She was polite and attractive, and careful in her work. However, she spent about 20 minutes performing her x-rays, which seemed a bit excessive. After my visit, which was covered %100 by my insurance provider, I received multiple bills from Keystone Family Dentistry for the difference in the pre-negotiated balance. I politely reminded them that I was not responsible for this amount, and if there was a problem, they should contact my insurance provider. They billed me three more times, and then called me during work. Overall, I had a poor experience here, and will not be returning.
