SCAM! Terrible place! This place will charge you 250$ just for the dentist to LOOK at it. Not only that but my mother couldn't afford to nor could she get a tooth taken out THAT day (no insurance) so he was going to send her home with NO prescription. No antibiotics, No painkillers NOTHING. "Thanks for coming in! and here's a bill for 250$ for 10 minutes of my time! We asked for both antibiotics and pain killers so she could make it through the weekend, and not get an infection, when we got to pharmacy he didn't even bother writing for antibiotics. What a worthless professional that overcharges.

I had a crown break off on a Saturday. I wasn\'t in pain so it wasn\'t an emergency but needed prompt attention. I hadn\'t managed to get a dentist in St George since I moved here. I left messages at 5 dental offices that indicated that they took my insurance. Only Ence Dentistry returned my call this morning (Monday) at 8:00 am. None of the other offices ever bothered to respond to my voice message. I told the receptionist what I needed and she got me in this afternoon. I\'m a nervous patient and Dr. Mark Ence was very sensitive to my needs as there needed to be some drilling done. He did an excellent job in numbing the gums so I didn\'t even feel the needle go in! He explained what all had happened and what all needed to be done. His assistant, Bethany, was fantastic as she would lightly lay her hand on my arm and sometimes stroke it to help my nerves. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. Mark Ence is my new dentist.
