The worst dentist I have ever been to. He lies about work that your teeth need, doesn’t know how to do fillings properly. Another dentist was schocked on his quality of work. Negligent doctor!!!!.
Dental care was good no complaints and yes I did sign the contract stating I would pay what my insurance didn't cover however I have never had to pay until coming here. I have extremely good insurance that covers the routine care I received however after calling the office after I received the bill I was told that "we charge more than insurance reimburses and your responsible for that." That's something that should be told to patients especially when the dentist is in your network and no other dentist has charged in excess before..

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. After a terrible experience in Lakewood, I tried out Rockside Family Dental on the recommendation of one of my coworkers. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I even had to go back to get fillings a week later and came out smiling. They really know what great customer service is - they hand wrote a thank you card for becoming a new patient, sent me a text to remind me of my appointment and even have flowers for patients when they leave. I have never met a company, not to mention a dental company, that has mastered customer service like Rockside Family Dental. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place..
