5Overall my experience has been pretty decent; however, my most recent visit with them will be my last. I had a routine cleaning the visit before and had to reschedule a couple days before the actual 6 month date from my last appt. The receptionist informed me that they would handle it and that it shouldn't be a problem. I come back for my next appointment 6 months later and find out that i have $100+ (can't remember the exact amount) tab on my account because the billing person did not handle it like they said they would. They asked me to pay over $100, but I refused and so they lowered it to like $99 when I should have paid nothing. All because they messed up, smh.
