Words can\'t express how bad my experience has been (actually maybe \"living nightmare\" can). It started with an exam that got rescheduled four times within a 24-hour period. The day after my exam, I called to get a copy of my treatment plan. I forgot to ask a question during my first call so I called a second time. The front desk girl said, \"I guess you get to bug me today because I was bugging you yesterday\" (referring to the four times she moved my appointment). A week went by and I never got my treatment plan. I finally got it, along with my scheduled appointment dates (a month later). I was tempted to change offices, so I asked for my X-rays (this also took multiple texts, calls, and emails). After all of that, I still kept my appointment, hoping to give the office one more chance and needing to just get the work done. The day of my appointment came, I never got a confirmation so I called...turns out they canceled all of my appointments because I asked for my X-rays. Thanks.
