1The lady who handles charges is rude and there is no communication regarding bills. After several left messages and Jennifer "helping" with our bill, we are still receiving finance charges on the bill every month because they have yet to file a correct claim on our insurance (BCBS). We have not had any issues with any other claims but this dentist office. How does this office expect to receive payment from us or the insurance company if no one will ever return phone calls...
