1So I call ahead to make an appointment and I ask if they still use liberty insurance, cause come on, things don't always stay the same. Well no. Apparently they haven't served it close to a year, when I in fact called back in December and I still asked if they took \"X\" insurance company, before I picked. They said no, only liberty. So now, here I am. Stuck with a company that probably many places don't take. On top of this, the fact that we're trying to charge for a visit (pre-liberty not being served), when the insurance in fact did cover visits. I'm so disappointed. I guess it's time to find another dentist.
