1Just got off the phone with 'Liz'. Boy, no help at all. Didn't answer the phone stating her name, she did not volunteer information readily I had to drag it out of here, she intentionally stalled the conversation. She's the first person I spoke with and was in no way my advocate. If the damn secretary can't be hospitable over the phone I can't imagine what the rest of the place is like. I'm sure the Dentist is competent, but it's a package deal-and I don't need to be at the mercy of a moody secretary. Forget it, I'm not going here.
