A former teacher at OHSU School of Dentistry, Dr. Frank Stroud was comprehensive and thorough in his diagnosis and treatment of my jaw dysfunction and pain. State-of-the-art imaging in his office allowed him to discover related issues—an abscessed root of a crowned molar, a deviated septum & nasal growths that were blocking my breathing. His wholistic approach improved my quality of health enormously. He has 3-D printing capacity that allowed him to reproduce my bite with 21st century accuracy, and to create a splint that fits very comfortably over my bottom teeth. I am sleeping better and enjoying a pain-free, healthier life. He’s a scientist, who stays current on medical research and technology. He’s knowledgable, kind, and generous in sharing his knowledge—respectful towards patients as responsible and active partners in attaining wellness.
